Marc Grimaldi

Attorney Grimaldi graduated Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science and later received his Juris Doctorate from Massachusetts School of Law, where he served as President of his Student Bar Association and a member of Law Review. He graduated in 1997, and was duly admitted to the practice of law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Marc formerly served as a member of a local Conservation Committee, has held elective office four times and was also a member of a local school committee. 

Attorney Grimaldi’s legal practice focuses primarily in the areas of Domestic Relations Litigation, representing clients in areas including separation, divorce, alimony, paternity, child custody and visitation, child support, guardianship actions, modification actions, contempt actions, DCF hearings, ante-nuptial agreements, and grandparent visitation. Attorney Grimaldi is also a member of the American Society of Legal Advocates.

James Cullen

Senior Associate Attorney

Attorney Cullen’s focuses exclusively in the area of Domestic Relations and covers the full spectrum of family law issues. Attorney Cullen graduated from Quinnipiac University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. Attorney Cullen received his Juris Doctorate from New England Law Boston in 2015 and was admitted to practice before the Massachusetts Bar that same year.  Attorney Cullen is a 2021-2023 Rising Star (Super Lawyers) and the Top 10 Under 40, excellence in the field of Family Law for 2022-2023 awarded by the National Academy of Family Law Attorney Inc.

Attorney Cullen was admitted to practice in the United States District Court of Massachusetts in 2018. Attorney Cullen has experience litigating and representing clients in almost every county in the Commonwealth. Attorney Cullen also has practiced all facets of in civil litigation and criminal defense. Attorney Cullen has practiced in Superior Court, District Court, U.S. District Court, Housing Court, Land Court, Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and the Probate and Family Court Department of the Trial Court.

Sandy Pesiridis

Attorney Pesiridis primarily represents clients in the area of Domestic Relations. Attorney Pesiridis received her Juris Doctorate, Cumma Laude, at Suffolk University School of Law in 2000, where she served as an Articles Editor of the Suffolk University Law Review. Attorney Pesiridis is an experienced litigator, who has represented clients in family law matters throughout the Commonwealth for approximately twenty years. She is admitted to practice before the Massachusetts Courts and in the Federal District Court of Massachusetts. Attorney Pesiridis received a political science degree, Phi Beta Kappa, from Trinity College in Hartford, CT.

Attorney Pesiridis comes from a general civil litigation background, having practiced in Superior Court, District Court, U.S. District Court and the Probate and Family Court Department of the Trial Court at McKenzie & Associates, P.C. from 2003 until 2009. Prior thereto, Attorney Pesiridis was an associate at Barron & Stadfeld, P.C. from 2001 until 2003, where her practice included employment law, domestic relations litigation, personal injury law and business litigation.  Attorney Pesiridis is an Officer and member of the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Probate & Family American Inn of Court, an organization whose mission is to promote civility among members of the Probate and Family Court Bar - its members include both Judges and Attorneys. Attorney Pesiridis is also a certified Guardian ad Litem. Moreover, Attorney Pesiridis is fluent in Greek.

Elizabeth Dann

Senior Associate Attorney

Attorney Elizabeth Dann received her Juris Doctor from Georgetown University in 2012. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Amherst College in 2005. She has been a member of the New York State Bar since 2016 and a member of the Massachusetts State Bar since 2018. She has been selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star since 2019.

Attorney Dann's practice is devoted to family law matters. Prior to joining Grimaldi & Pesiridis, Attorney Dann was an associate at Hera Law Group and Brofsky Green, LLC, where her work was exclusively in family law. She also ran her own practice before becoming an associate at Brofsky Green. Her experience ranges from restraining order and anti-harassment order litigation to high net worth divorces.

Attorney Dann has volunteered her time with the Women's Bar Foundation Family Law Project and the Volunteer Lawyer's Project through Metrowest Legal Services. She brings a devotion to the practice of law and to domestic relations matters in particular.

Christopher Sambataro

SENIOR Associate Attorney

Attorney Sambataro represents clients primarily in the area of domestic relations. Attorney Sambataro received his B.A. in Political Science from the State University of New York College at Geneseo. Prior to attending law school, Attorney Sambataro served as Deputy Chief of Staff to a New York State Assembly Member.

Attorney Sambataro received his J.D. from Boston College Law School, where he was a Quarterfinalist in the Wendell F. Grimes Moot Court Competition for his oral argument and brief. At Boston College Law School, Attorney Sambataro was also a Student Attorney in the Community Enterprise Clinic, where he represented small businesses, entrepreneurs, and nonprofits in corporate formation and governance, intellectual property protection, and tax matters.

Attorney Sambataro was admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 2022. He is also a member of the National Italian American Bar Association.

In his free time, Attorney Sambataro enjoys playing baseball, cooking, and passionately rooting for the Buffalo Bills.

Travis Belmore

Associate attorney

Attorney Belmore joined the firm in 2023 as a former District Attorney and SJC Rule 3:03 Student Prosecutor with extensive litigation experience. 

In addition to his work as a prosecutor, Attorney Belmore also had the opportunity to work for a prominent civil litigation defense firm in Boston. Attorney Belmore has appeared before Superior, District and Probate and Family Court Judges throughout the Greater Boston Area. Attorney Belmore has brought over a dozen cases to trial and prepared for countless more. Attorney Belmore prides himself on his commitment to justice while advocating zealously for his clients and their families. 

While in law school at New England Law | Boston, Attorney Belmore was Executive Articles Editor for New England Law Review and a recipient of the Sandra Day O’Connor Honors Scholarship. Attorney Belmore’s role presented him with a unique opportunity to review distinct and diverse perspectives, as well as the chance to analyze novel legal issues within the Commonwealth - and their potential impact. 

In his personal time, Attorney Belmore is a diehard Yankees fan, a dog dad, and has a love for cinema.

Julie O’Brien

Juris doctor

In 2014, Julie O'Brien graduated Suffolk University with a Bachelor of Science in Government and received her Juris Doctorate in 2019 from New England Law School | Boston. During her time at New England Law |Boston, she was a Certified 303 Student Attorney and focused on different facets of family law. Additionally, in that time she was a Legal Intern for North Shore Mediation Center, which she focused on Alternate Dispute Resolutions. She is also a notary public.

Julie O’Brien is an active member in her community. She is the currently the Secretary of the women’s organization of the Madonna Della Cava Society in the North End of Boston. Currently, she is studying for the Massachusetts 2024 Bar Exam, which she plans to take in February of 2024.

Mary Di Valerio

JUris doctor

In 2023, Mary Di Valerio received her J.D. from Harvard Law School, where she was heavily involved with the Program on Negotiation and the Women’s Law Association. She also enjoys writing about and researching interdisciplinary issues at the intersections of neuroscience, behavioral science, and the law.

Prior to law school, she served as a Teach for America Corps Member from 2017-2020. In 2017, she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from Truman State University.

Currently, she is studying for the Massachusetts Bar Exam, which she plans to take in February of 2024.
