Attorney Cullen’s focuses exclusively in the area of Domestic Relations and covers the full spectrum of family law issues. Attorney Cullen graduated from Quinnipiac University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. Attorney Cullen received his Juris Doctorate from New England Law Boston in 2015 and was admitted to practice before the Massachusetts Bar that same year. Attorney Cullen is a 2021-2023 Rising Star (Super Lawyers) and the Top 10 Under 40, excellence in the field of Family Law for 2022-2023 awarded by the National Academy of Family Law Attorney Inc.

Attorney Cullen was admitted to practice in the United States District Court of Massachusetts in 2018. Attorney Cullen has experience litigating and representing clients in almost every county in the Commonwealth. Attorney Cullen also has practiced all facets of in civil litigation and criminal defense. Attorney Cullen has practiced in Superior Court, District Court, U.S. District Court, Housing Court, Land Court, Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and the Probate and Family Court Department of the Trial Court.

Attorney Amy Kraft is a seasoned lawyer with over a decade of experience in all aspects of divorce and family law. Attorney Kraft is a 2018-2019 Massachusetts Rising Star (Boston Magazine’s annual Super Lawyers list).

Attorney Kraft graduated from George Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Attorney Kraft received her Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School in 2009 and was admitted to practice before the Massachusetts Bar that same year.

With her extensive experience and knowledge of Massachusetts family law, Attorney Kraft provides her clients with insightful guidance and compassionate, effective legal counsel. With a deep commitment to serving her clients' needs and protecting their interests, Attorney Kraft is a skilled advocate for those navigating complex and emotionally charged situations. Her clients can rely on her to provide personalized attention, clear guidance, and effective representation at every stage of the legal process.

Attorney Elizabeth Dann received her Juris Doctor from Georgetown University in 2012. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Amherst College in 2005. She has been a member of the New York State Bar since 2016 and a member of the Massachusetts State Bar since 2018. She has been selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star since 2019.

Attorney Dann's practice is devoted to family law matters. Prior to joining Grimaldi & Pesiridis, Attorney Dann was an associate at Hera Law Group and Brofsky Green, LLC, where her work was exclusively in family law. She also ran her own practice before becoming an associate at Brofsky Green. Her experience ranges from restraining order and anti-harassment order litigation to high net worth divorces.

Attorney Dann has volunteered her time with the Women's Bar Foundation Family Law Project and the Volunteer Lawyer's Project through Metrowest Legal Services. She brings a devotion to the practice of law and to domestic relations matters in particular.

Attorney David Eppley specializes in family law, including litigation, mediation, conciliation, arbitration, and LGBT family issues. He also maintains an active probate litigation practice and has been appointed by the Massachusetts Probate & Family Court in fiduciary and neutral roles such as Commissioner for Sale of Real Estate, Guardian ad Litem, and Special Discovery Master.
David represents clients in probate and fiduciary litigation, divorce, paternity, modifications, and contempt proceedings. He drafts prenuptial, postnuptial, marital, and non-marital separation agreements, represents individuals in mediation, and serves as a mediator, conciliator, master, and arbitrator.
With over 20 years of experience in top domestic relations firms, David is recognized as an authority in family and divorce law, frequently presenting at CLE programs. A graduate of Boston University School of Law, he clerked for the Massachusetts Probate & Family Court after law school. He earned his bachelor's degree from Ball State University.
David is a former Co-Chair of the Boston Bar Association’s Family Law Section and the Massachusetts LGBTQ Bar Association and served on the Joint Bar Alimony Task Force. He remains active in these organizations and the Essex County Bar Association, where he volunteers as a certified conciliator.
Outside of work, David enjoys classic films and Star Wars. A former Salem City Councilor, he occasionally advocates for local issues in his hometown.

Attorney Ward is a seasoned lawyer with over 25 years of experience litigating cases through trial in the Massachusetts District Courts, Superior Courts, Probate & Family Courts, Land Court, and Housing Court. He has represented clients in all aspects of divorce and family law, civil litigation, criminal law and has extensive experience in representing clients in abuse prevention hearings.

Attorney Ward is a 1994 graduate of Saint Anselm College and 2000 graduate of Suffolk University Law School. He was an Editor and published contributor of the Suffolk County Transnational Law Review and member of the Suffolk University Sports Law Moot Court team that competed nationally at Tulane University. Upon graduation, Attorney Ward served as a Law Clerk for the Justices of the Massachusetts Superior Court and was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2021. He has been in private practice since 2001 specializing in litigation.

Attorney Bumbaca received a Bachelor of Science from Framingham State University in 2009, where she majored in biology and minored in chemistry and engineering with every intent of attending medical school. However, a short tenure as a paralegal in a personal injury firm completely changed that trajectory. Jacqui graduated from the Suffolk University Law School evening program in 2016, while working full time as a litigation paralegal at a thriving firm. Prior to joining Grimaldi & Pesiridis in 2026, Jacqui was an associate attorney at the law firm of Gregg, Hunt, Ahern & Embry (formerly Clark, Hunt, Ahern & Embry). A significant portion of Jacqui's practice was focused on representing construction companies facing complex claims related to catastrophic injuries and construction defects. She additionally developed significant experience in land use issues, including adverse possession and easements. Always a trail blazer, Jacqui took the initiative to pivot in 2020 and established a thriving family law practice at her prior firm. Jacqui brings extensive experience having litigated cases in the Massachusetts District Courts, Superior Courts, Probate & Family Courts, and Land Court. This allows Jacqui to bring creative strategies and solutions to each case. Jacqui represents clients in a variety of family law matters, including divorce, custody, and support matters, as well as pre- and post-nuptial agreements.
Her professional accomplishments include nominations to the list of Super Lawyers Rising Stars each year from 2023 through 2026, and she has been named to Boston Magazine's list of Top Lawyers in 2025 and 2026.

Attorney Di Valerio received her J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2023, where she was heavily involved with the Program on Negotiation and the Women’s Law Association. Mary was received a Dean’s Scholar Honors award in her Harvard Law School’s Negotiation Workshop intensive course.

Prior to law school, she served as a Teach for America Corps Member from 2017-2020 and taught high school English. In 2017, she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from Truman State University and received the Interdisciplinary Student of the Year.

Mary was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2024 and has a passion for domestic relations and family law. She also enjoys writing and researching about interdisciplinary issues at the intersections of law and behavioral science.

Attorney Imogen Bowden received her Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School in 2022, and she was admitted as a member of the Massachusetts State Bar. Prior to law school, Imogen graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida in 2019. During both law school and her undergraduate career, in her free time Imogen enjoyed participating as a member of the Mock Trial Team, honing her advocacy skills. Outside of work, Imogen enjoys being active as a long-distance runner and completed her first ultramarathon in June 2025. Additionally, Imogen enjoys painting, reading and hiking the many trails New England has to offer.

Attorney McCann graduated from Suffolk University Law School in 2025 with a concentration in Trial and Appellate Advocacy.

She was a part of their Nationally Ranked Part-Time Evening Program, which she was able to complete a year early. She enjoyed her study abroad in Galway, Ireland, and the numerous trial courses where she argued before retired justices from the Superior and Appellate Courts.

Additionallly, Attorney McCann had the privilege of working with a prominent civil litigation defense firm in Boston before joining our team.

Attorney Miller joined Grimaldi Pesiridis in 2024 after receiving her Juris Doctor from New England Law | Boston with a concentration in International Law. During law school, she was a recipient of the Sandra Day O’Connor Honors Scholarship, participated in the summer study abroad program through the Irish Centre for Human Rights at the University of Galway, and served on the executive boards of the Women’s Law Caucus, the International Law Society, and Woman and Children’s Advocacy Program.

While originally from the Pacific Northwest, Katherine now calls New England home and enjoys exploring new places in her free time.

Molly graduated from Tulane University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology and received her Juris Doctor in 2025 from Penn State Dickinson Law - University Park. During law school, she was an extern at MidPenn Legal Services and a Certified Legal Intern at the Penn State Dickinson Law Family Law Clinic. Before joining Grimaldi & Pesiridis, Molly was a Law Clerk to the Hon. Julie L. Kim, J.S.C. of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen Vicinage for the 2025-2026 term. While serving as a Law Clerk, she helped draft orders and performed complex legal research in primarily divorce litigation.

Sharon graduated from Salem State College in 1993, with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a Minor in Business Administration. Sharon has spent her career as a paralegal in the fields of civil litigation, toxic tort litigation, estate planning, and family law. Prior joining Grimaldi & Pesiridis in 2024, Sharon worked as an estate planning paralegal, focusing on Trust and Wills. Through her previous positions, Sharon has gained extensive experience working as a litigation paralegal, with a focus on personal injury, insurance defense, toxic tort litigation, and family law, where she has supported attorneys with all aspects of case preparation, from initial intake, drafting complaints and discovery, and trial preparation. Sharon also brings strong organizational and case management skills to the firm

Lena Tadros is a third year law student at the Massachusetts School of Law. She received her Bachelor’s of Science in Legal Studies from the University of Maryland in 2023 and her Masters of Business Administration also from the University of Maryland in 2024.

As a first-generation law student, Lena brings determination, resilience, and a deep appreciation for the power of education to her academic and career pursuits. Lena remains the youngest 3L at the Massachusetts School of Law at the age of 22. Lena is fluently bilingual in English and Arabic, allowing her to connect with and serve diverse communities.

Anna graduated from Stonehill College in 2021 with her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Sociology and is currently a part-time evening student at New England Law Boston, where she is a Juris Doctor candidate. Fluent in English and Spanish, Anna is committed to providing thoughtful, detail-oriented support to both the team and our clients. Before joining Grimaldi & Pesiridis in 2025, Anna worked in personal injury litigation, with a focus on premises liability, where she supported attorneys through all stages of case preparation from drafting complaints and discovery to trial preparation. She also brings over three years of experience with the Massachusetts Trial Court.
